CHITRAL: The protest of the people of Drosh town entered the third day here on Tuesday who are demanding the posting of lady doctors in the tehsil headquarters hospital which are vacant since the last two years.
The protesters led by JUI(F) leader Qari Jamal Abdul Nasir took out a procession which staged a sit-in in front of the hospital for many hours after passing through different bazaars of the town chanting slogans against for its failure to post lady doctors there.
They warned that if the government did not appoint lady doctors within a week’s time, they will be left with no option but to lock down the hospital in protest.
The protesters dispersed peacefully to meet again on Wednesday as part of their daily routine.
