Fatehul Mulk Ali Nasir sets his priorities as Chairman DDAC
CHITRAL: It really makes a difference in the domain of politics when the personalities like that of the Mehtar of Chitral Fatehul Mulk Ali Nasir already wielding a huge influence and authority as well as enjoying the awe and respect of all and sundry in his principality enters the corridors of power as MPA or MNA.
This was what seen on Friday on the occasion of the inauguration of the offices of district development advisory committee (DDAC) near Town Hall where he clearly and loudly declared his preferences as chairman of the body which oversees the development projects in the constituency of provincial assembly.
In clear departure from that the posture of his predecessors, he asked the government officers to mend their ways for good governance or be ready to face the music of their wrongdoings thereby signaling a clear message to obey and observe laws and regulations.
He said that he had switched to politics under the banner of Pakistan Tahreek-i-Insaf with the sole purpose of bringing his native district at par with the developed ones and he will achieve his target and this was one of the rudiments of his leader Imran Khan.
He asked the officers of service delivery and development departments to ensure transparency and precision in their dealings and interventions and give due credence to the public view in every matter.
He said that as chairman of DDAC, he will make oversee each and every step in the matters of development works in all steps and stages of planning and execution of not only government departments but that of NGOs too so that they are completed within the stipulated time with requisite standard and quality.
Mr. Fateh vowed that he will bring about a tangible change in every of governance within the jurisdiction of his constituency which the people had so cherished by electing him with unprecedented majority.
He urged upon the people to extend their full assistance to him and pinpoint any anomaly and malpractice in the execution of the development projects to him so that it could be timely corrected.
Expressing his full allegiance to the founder of PTI Imran Khan, he ranked him second to none other than Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah in the row of visionary leaders and said that one liberated the Muslims from the clutches of British and the other is struggling against the corrupt mafia.
To put his ideals into realities, he has gathered a strong corps of youth leaders including Naveed Ahmed Baig as his political advisor coupled with Shahid Ahmed, Hayatur Rehman, Nazir Ahmed, Aminur Rehman, Irshad Hussains and others who were in attendance.
