The global survival and peace depend upon the fulcrum of mutual respect, shared economic growth and human development to embellish multiculturalism in the international political dispensations. This transition is possible by means of efficient and judicious functioning of the international civil societies, especially; the emergence of new world order unlike the past. Indeed, the last fifty years of world order have been driven by cold war mantra between the USSR and America, it has beleaguered human lives. The post-world war two bi-polarity has fuelled military confrontations in between the US and USSR through military pacts and alliances to overtake each other on behalf of shared world order. With this turbulent phase, the unabated menace of cold war era has culminated in the triumph of America. As it does not mean that the End of History has occurred as it delineated by Francis Fukuyna, because American did hardly transform the nature of policing the world into human centric and pluralistic world order. As the American has devoured their own destiny, whereas the emergence of china is envisioning as an ambitious world order. However, the world peace is in quagmire as we have witnessed the socio-economic polarization, political instability, cultural division and military confrontations across the globe under the US belligerent modus operandi.
With the changing phenomena of challenges, the faire distribution of human resources is facing constraints. With the increasing level of military confrontations, the intern-cultural communication is pivotal to avoid third world war. The short shrift toward cultural harmony has clarified Samuel Huntington thesis who coined the clash of civilizations. We have witnessed disturbing ambience which is fuelling the menace of Islamophobia. Various western countries have framed their policies driven by anti-Muslim and ant- minorities such as in French, Norway’s and even the US did not bother to patch up the west and Muslim clashes. As this looming threat for global peace have hardly subside, even the international civil society under the US supervision has not streamline any efforts to fix the issues. On the hand; the new emerging world order is people centric, whereas; the people to people contact and mutual understanding driven by mutual respect will be the superstructure of this transition. To exploit the maximum potentials of shared economic growth, it will be sine qua non to assure global peace while resolving such long lasting disputes. Nevertheless, China will heed toward this issues seriously in alliance with the regional countries to resolve these issues in an amiable way.

Indeed, China is emerging very fast in all fields, especially, his economic growth in post-pandemic is crystal clear manifestation of China dominancy the new world order. Likewise, China economic growth is triggering its domestic as well as international goals of shared growth and inclusivity as evidence in its social and governance reforms in domestic spheres. This change is directly impacting the global governance system where the role of China in Shangi Cooperation Organization (SCO), besides Belt Road initiative (BRI) are undermining the bellicose role of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization), QUAD (Quadrilaterals Alliances), and AUKUS (Australia, United Kingdom and Australia.
However, the formation North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in world war two period is indeed aimed to contain Communist resurgence against Capitalism. Through this platform, the Capitalistic bloc have wreaked havoc in the name of democracy and human right violations against communist bloc across the globe. For instance, the bloodshed in Vietnam, besides; Soviet-Afghan war are the worst reign of the Capitalist supremacy of World order.

On the other hand, there is greater prospect of peace and coordination where the last cold war era has thoroughly sabotaged the hope of interconnectivity and economic globalization by widening the division between the North and South Pole. With the huge expending on ammunitions stockpile has remained worthless, as we have witnessed during the Covid19 pandemic whereas the modern sophisticate and militarily well off countries have toothless in front of Covid-19.
However, human centric development is the only option which will accelerate the culture of cosmopolitan ethics as well as shared socio-economic prosperity and growth respectively.
