Dear Sir,
I am very pleased to share with you that today I sucessfully defended my M.Phil EPM Research Study entitled ” A Case Study of Teacher Performance Appraisal in Aga Khan Schools Chitral in relation with Teacher Professional Development”.
First of all I am grateful to Allah, Almighty, who granted me strength and wisdom to carry out this challenging task. I wish to acknowledge those individuals and instituitions whose moral, academic and technical support enabled me to successfully complete my M.Phil programme.
My heartful thanks go to my research supervisor Dr. Riaz Hussain, Head of PDC Chitral for supporting me, giving my thoughts the right direction as well as his constant intellectual inspiration which helped me in completing this study.
I am also grateful to all my research participants who provided me space, time and valuable ideas, which enabled me to complete my study.
