Safe City project activated in KP
PESHAWAR (APP): The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police here Monday said that modern Safe City system has been activated in the province.
According to KP police statement, now, traffic law violations will no longer go unnoticed.
With the help of modern cameras and technology, motorcycle riders not wearing helmets, drivers not using seat belts and use of mobile phones while driving will be fined.
It said everything will be captured by the camera’s eye and an e-challan will be issued to violators.
It further said that compliance with traffic laws is now essential, because it is not just the law, but people safety.
