PESHAWAR: According toa press release issued by CAEH the distinguished scientist and EX DG Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission has very kindly accepted the designation on the request of Mr Bahar Ahmad the founder and Chief Executive CAEH after a Seerat Conference organized by CAEH in Peshawar. Dr Inam is the distinguished nuclear scientist who joined Pakistan Atomic energy Commission in the year 1959. He got MSdegree in in Nuclear engineering from MIT, USA in 1962. After earning MS, he started training program for young scientists and engineers of the commission. He did PhD in 1969 from North Carolina University USA. He started Rector School from a single room. The school was renamed as Centre for Nuclear Studies CNS in 1976 and again renamed as Pakistan Institute of Engineering & Applied Sciences PIEAS in 1997. The school which he started from a single room changed into PIEAS is now the best chartered university of Pakistan.It has the credit to produce dedicated scientist and modern scientific and technological leadership for the country.
It is worth mentioning here that CAEH is a voluntary organization with a vision to create a peaceful educated and caring society which is above parochial, tribal and sectarian sentiments. CAEH is regularly organizing conferences, Seminars, Workshops, training programs in collaboration with different educational institutions, and organizations in Chitral and other cities of Pakistan to change the minds and hearts of the people towards peace pluralism and development. It is pioneer in providing scholarships to the needy and talented students of Chitral. The same mission has been fully adopted by ROSE as the only scholarship providing NGO in Chitral. CAEH also organizes talent awards for students and as well as notable professionals and educationists in the field of education in Chitral.CAEH has also provided clean water to more than 16000 population in Chitral with collaboration of Trust of Voluntary Organizations Pakistan.
