On 24th January,2021.NTS conducted tests of Certified teacher (C.T) in two shifts. The pattern of morning shift was totally different from the evening one. MCQs of second shift were taken from BSc level while the questions of morning shift were taken mostly from primary level. Candidates who have attempted test in second shift can hardly get 50 plus marks while the candidates of morning shifts could score more than 80 because test was breeze. During the test in second shift many students were reluctant to attempt the test, because test was not valid.
It’s not only about leaked papers , the whole system is replete of patholes. For example, lets start from the form of NTS to apply for teaching Posts. They don’t give option to mention the current post of candidates, viz if someone is already in c.t post can apply again just to get the nearest school. Those who are already enjoying a govt post similar to the vacant one should not be eligible for that post again. Second thing ,even for CSS there are books in pdf form in their website to cover the syllabus . They recommend books to study for the preparation of test. But when u visit NTS few pics of their chairman can be seen. Third, mostly tests are conducted in two shifts for same post u will find lots of difference between them, sometimes test of 1st shift covers only primary while the MCQs of 2nd shift bulldozes the candidates into solving arcane questions.. All these things should be solved…
It’s my humble request that the concerned departments should take notice of this injustice and take stringent action against NTS.
