CHITRAL: The MNA from Chitral Maulana Abdul Akbar Chitrali was warmly welcomed and garlanded in Chitral town here after Friday prayers by the people of different political parties for tabling a constitutional bill in the National Assembly to abolish riba from the economy of the country.
The khateeb of Shahi Bazaar Masjid Maulana Israruddin Al-Hilal garlanded on behalf of the people of Chitral and appreciated the efforts of the lawmaker for the Islamization of the national economy.
He said that the Islamic-minded majority of Chitral had sent the cleric to the national assembly mainly for legislation to embody the Islamic principles and teachings and he (Maunala Chitrali) had came upto the expectations of the people.
