On this day in the year 2016 a human being of impeccable stature and grace met an untimely incident and passed away, leaving us deeply shocked.
Osama Warraich was a beautiful soul, a dedicated officer and a wonderful human being.
I had the privilege of working under him when he was serving as DC of Chitral. A man of principles, Osama struck a chord in the hearts and minds of his fellow officers and subordinates by setting an example in hard work, dedication and untiring service.
In private life Osama was a cheerful character, sprinkling his talks with intermittent smiles and laughs. He had this uncanny aura and a kind of majestic presence that spun threads of admiration and love around us.
Each year we keep his memory alive by remembering him and standing witness to the unmatched presence that he exhibited in public and private.
May the soul of this beautiful human being rest in peace and may we all continue to follow in his footsteps.
