PESHAWAR: NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has initiated inquiry against accused Fazal Ahad, owner of Blue City Housing Scheme at Rashakai Interchange, who in the garb of illegal Housing Societies cheated public of their hard earned money.
As per details, the accused Fazal Ahad owner of Blue City Housing Scheme at Rashakai Interchange, lured general public to invest their hard earned money in their illegal housing society on the promise to allot them plots on their investment. The accused person after lapse of considerable time did not provide plots to any of the affectee. The scrutiny of record revealed that the accused Fazal Ahad was operating the Blue City Housing Scheme illegally without obtaining permission / NOC from concerned authorities. On the complaints of general public, NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa accordingly initiated inquiry onto the scam.
Affectees are advised to approach Office of the Director General, National Accountability, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, PDA Complex, Block – III, Phase – V, Hayatabad Peshawar for registering their claims during office hours.
