In the past decades, we only know that women are only connected with kitchen and household chores as well. They do not know other things and parents implement them to expert on kitchen and household chores. I didn’t mean it’s wrong, it’s important too but no one is permanent. The low number of parents have the knowledge to educate their daughters in primary and then advance level. It was the first basic challenge for parents whether they should educate their daughters or not. Nevertheless, they don’t think about daughters what they actually want to be. The main problem of parents is having limited thoughts about their daughters. They have already decided when they will complete their matriculation or FSc, that’s enough for them and they try to get her married as soon as possible or just wait for her wedding, and she is still doing housework and kitchen work. It is the basic limited mind of parents about her daughters. It’s not caring, it’s totally brutal doing with her.
I am not criticizing all parents, I am directing those who have limited mind about their daughters. It seems bad when parents prefer their sons more than their daughters. Whatever the son does, like alcohol, cigarette, tobacco, whatever he does is fine, and it is also okay that the son is out all night no one is going to ask because his son is the gentleman of the house, what is happening here man. Some father are proud that his son is a smoker. amazed. Some parents also say that this is my son who can do whatever he wants and daughter can’t do it expect she will do kitchen work and home work.
Suddenly a revolution came in 2016, known as karishma Ali, the Pride daughter of Chitral when she first came on social media while playing football, As a girl she faced many problems. People criticized her through different abusive words on social media. But salute to her ,she faced it legendary. She never looked back, in 2016 Karishma Ali represented Pakistan at the jubilee games and won a silver medal in dubai. Karishma Ali is playing football in national and international tournaments, also the founder of “ Chitral Women’s Sports Club” which opened in 2018, has 60 female members who are being trained for football and other sports.
Karishma Ali said on ary news’s morning show “bukhbar sawera” that her father had given her a lot of support to reach her destination, that’s what parents do, who don’t discriminate between daughters and sons.
When karishma Ali do hard work and achieved her dreams, and the people who criticized her at that time are now a great supporter of Ali. This is our society and this is our people. Now it’s time to thank karishma Ali who faced these challenges and make it possible for girls/females who are just stuck in the kitchen, they have dreamed but do not make it possible due to their parents’ restrictions. This is the first step taken by karishma Ali, now it’s time for those parents who have engaged their talented daughter/sister in household chores at home and the world is going very fast and we are still hanging on a stone age. There are many karishma Ali’s but they don’t have the opportunity to come out and show up to enhance their skills and move on.
Through this I am requesting Deputy Commissioner Lower Chitral Naveed Ahmed to provide police security on regular basis to “Chitral Women Football Club” who are training for football and other sports and it will be a great initiative by DC Naveed Ahmed to secure his daughters/sisters and it is a great incentive for them.
Think honestly, make a commitment and work hard like karishma Ali to make your dreams successful…..
