Having expressed my deep regards and appreciation to the Honorable Chief Justice for his visit to Chitral and inspecting Hospitals etc in order to give relief to the peoples of Chitral.
HE, apart from issues you might have been noticed during your visit, there is a bigger issue which need your immediate attention that ” Long delayed justice system “. As you know, Sir, The dispensation of justice is very little meaning if it is not delivered on time. A delayed justice is almost no justice. People want justice. Quick an inexpensive justice and they have every right to receive the same.
But, in reality, there are deplorable long delay in the dispensation of justice. The rich and powerful advocates prolongs the cases so long that the poorers are left weak and are forced to withdraw the case. This in turn lead to the disrespect towards the law and justice system of the country. The appointment of judges as well as the execution has to be regulated, and advocates should be much professional and god fearing so that the justice delivered is fair and just. Your honour is highly expected to exert your all-out efforts for time bound justice system in Pakistan. May Allah (SWT) grant you strength to establish fair, speedy and inexpensive justice system in the country.
