It was informed that a total of 1,192 services will be digitized across departments by 2030, with 377 services targeted for digitization in the first year. Significant milestones achieved include Digital Muhasil for district administration being fully digitized, motor vehicle registration available online through the Dastak App, housing scheme applications being accepted online, e-stamping, digitized mutation and fard fees, and online driving license services.

He instructed all secretaries to prioritize digitization, particularly for public-oriented services, and assured that rationalized resources will be provided to accelerate the province’s digital transformation. Departments were also directed to share data on citizen usage of digitized services and applications.
