PESHAWAR: NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa arrested accused Qaseem Khan and Fazal Subhan M/S Rifha and Zohaib Associates allegedly involved in cheating public at large under the garb of illegal housing schemes and commercial plaza.
As per details accused person Qaseem Khan, Fazal Subhan and others in connivance with Chinar Gul alias Hamza, owner of M/S Rifha and Zohaib Associates lured general public to invest Rs. 287.044 million into businesses of Sheikh Yaseen Town Mardan, Sheikh Yaseen Executive Block Mardan, Prime Villas Mardan, and Bajaur Tower, Ganj Mandi Rawalpindi on profit and loss sharing basis promising them to pay profits every quarter. For few months the accused person paid profits to gain the confidence of general public but later on, not only payment of profits was stopped but also refused to pay their principal amount.
The accused persons Qaseem Khan and Fazal Subhan were produced before the Accountability Court Peshawar and 12 days physical custody was obtained. It merits mentioning here that Chinar Gul and Malik Muhammad Arif were already arrested in the instant case and are in judicial custody.
