The development of culture and civilizations have always evolved with time. This change has emerged owing to the necessities of time. Since this occurred in human life as food gatherer by hunting and moving from one place to another to fulfill daily needs. This approach triggered new venue to look into life through prims of development toward more civilized community. Apparently, the discovery of cultivation by human halt the food issue and lead to adoption of means to yield for the population. Consequently, this became fulcrum for various opportunities which revalued human life. Yet, the activities of commerce and trade emerged alone with the professionalism of skills in respective filed. Simultaneously, the local and international trade developed which installed confluence of ideas and innovation.

However, this junction became crucial for some communities to devise ambitious projects in life to achieve the zenith of prosperity and development. Indeed, the moderations of infrastructure in transport and later on the innovation of computer reduced the geographical fry cry to minimal distance by inducing various means of interconnection .For instance the Google village has narrowed the Big world. If a society in such an ambience remained alien to Google village, it will marked as a citizen of the day of ignorance. Here I mean the dearth of reforms in society will jeopardize the prospect of new research, innovations and most importantly the curiosity to change in compatible with merit of modern world. The allocations of efficient opportunities to the masses of the society is obligations upon the statesman to ingrain human development— health, Google education are the bedrocks for foreseeable time. Investment in men growth always strengthened nations.

Conversely, the apathy to such discourse will cause a bolt from the blue for our society. yet our social consciousness has already prone to delusion and paranoid due to lack of research and inquiry to truth among the masses. Looking through the lens of others always caused problem for our society. The tendency to marks other fault on the pretext of own hurdles are recurring features of our society. The menace of paranoid makeup ingrained in our daily life since inception and therefore we remained directionless and unable to streamline our needs and immediate objectives as a naïve state. Yet, the syndrome of criticism without pinpointing inside mistakes have caused political and socio economic disparities for the nation state.

However, the infant state since inception remained fallen short in front of various issues .For instance, the post-colonial state did not able to frame polity and socio economic chemistry of the state in alliance with common people urgency and demands. This loopholes fill in by frequent military coup and the debacles of East Pakistan. The inaccurate positions of religion in the naive society in the hand of religious elites further hijacked the Jinnah of Pakistan.

Ostensibly, Jinnah was very clear regarding the role of religion in the makeup of the society. But it was our own misconceived mindset on Jinnah of Pakistan who created it based on the ideology which is called the ideology of Islam. It does not mean that Pakistan will be a theocratic state .He was indifference to such notion and he emphasized Islam as the modern and secular religion of the world. He aimed a state there will be religious freedom and yet the speech at the first constitution assembly of Pakistan endorsed religious pluralism for the country.

Similarly, his vision was crystal clear that Mazahb and Din are two different things. The former is a personal faith of individuals and our polity will hinge on the latter one which encompasses all human beings (DIN). Islam is a universal religion and enveloped directions to men in all angles throughout the life. The economic nature of a society as Jinnah envisioned was Iqtisad means moderation and he was discordant to all ism i.e. socialism and capitalism. This subscribed to equal opportunities to all based on equal distribution to balance the social fabric of the country.

So in general, change is permanent in system of life .The process is neither olive branch nor cumbersome, but it’s the people who can navigate through it with optimistic gesture.

Moreover, this checkered past doesn’t mean that were truly failed or failing state. We are resilient enough to embark on progress and development by solidifying our human capital through reforms. Through this renovation of community will possible.
