Mohsin Naqvi decides to enhance FC capacity
PESHAWAR (APP): Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Friday here visited the Federal Constabulary Headquarters where a meeting was held under his chairmanship to review the law and order situation.
During the meeting, it was decided to enhance the capacity of the Federal Constabulary to ensure public safety.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that the Federal Constabulary would be strengthened in every possible way to effectively fulfill its responsibility of maintaining peace.
He added that personnel of the Federal Constabulary would be sent abroad for training in line with modern requirements.
Mohsin Naqvi further said that making the FC one of Pakistan’s top forces is a priority, and all necessary resources will be provided for this purpose.
Paying tribute to the martyrs of the Federal Constabulary, Mohsin Naqvi said that the brave soldiers of the FC have made unparalleled sacrifices in the fight against terrorism. He saluted their great sacrifices and acknowledged the significant role the FC is playing in maintaining law and order.
On this occasion, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi also visited the Federal Constabulary Museum and showed keen interest in the antique weapons displayed there.
