PESHAWAR: The Chief Justice Peshawar High Court, Peshawar has ordered the postings/transfers of the following Judicial Officers in the public interest, with immediate effect. According to details Syed Asghar Shah, Additional District & Sessions Judge OSD PHCP has been transferred and posted as District & Sessions Judge Mansehra, Syed Kamal Hussain Shah, Additional District & Sessions Judge Peshawar has been transferred and posted in the court of Mr. Aziz Muhammad, AD&SJ, Buner at Mardan, Ms. Lubna Zaman, Additional District & Sessions Judge Mansehra has been transferred and posted in the court of Mr. Muhammad Tayib AD &SJ Hangu at Karak, Mr. Nadeen Muhammad , Senior Civil Jude OSD PHCP has been transferred and posted at Karak, Mr. Amir Ali Afridi, Civil Judge-Cum-Judicial Magistrate Mansehra has been transferred and posted at Karak and Mr. Sajjad Khan, Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate first appointment has been posted as District & Sessions Judge Mansehra.
The detailment orders of Mr. Aziz Muhammad, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Buner at Mardan and Mr. Muhammad Tayib, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Hangu at Karak are hereby recalled and they are directed to report at their original place of posting. The District & Sessions Judge Karak is directed to assign the work of Senior Civil Judge (Admn) according to his internal administrative arrangements, The District & Sessions Judge, Peshawar is directed to distribute the cases of the court of Syed Kamal Hussain Shah, AD&SJ among the other courts equally.
