KURAGH: Every year around the globe ‘World No Tobacco Day’ is being celebrated on May 31,2019 to bring awareness among people about the harmful effects of tobacco. In the same way ,AKHSS Kuragh also celebrated World No Tobacco day.
A short program was organized just after the morning assembly. Students of grade 9, Nimra Shahid, Javeria Mukhtar and Sarwat Urooj shared a presentation. In that presentation, they talked about the injurious effects of tobacco. They shared that smoking of tobacco causes lung cancer, mouth cancer, other respiratory diseases and disorders and air pollution.
