PESHAWAR: NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa arrested accused Manzar Khan Field Worker in Agriculture Department involved inRs 44.4 million cheating public at large case.
As per details,the accused Manzar Khan s/o Sardar Khan employee of Agriculture Department in connivance with other co-accused lured general public to book tractors under Prime-Minister Tractor Scheme for a price of Rs 251000/- instead of Rs310,000/- collecting a huge amount of 44.4 million of innocent farmers. After executing the agreement the affectees disappeared without handing over the tractors or returning any money. The case was filed in accountability court after completion of thorough investigation. The accused person was declared proclaimed offender by the Accountability Court.
Accused will be produced before the accountability court for obtaining physical custody. The DG NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mr. Mujahid Akbar Baloch, assures the general public that NAB (KP) will continue its efforts without any fear or favour and ensure the return of looted money from the culprits to its rightful heirs.
